I Wish We’d All Been Ready

by | Jan 15, 2017 | Uncategorized

Last night, I had a different topic in mind that I planned to write on this morning. But around 5:00 this morning, the song “I Wish We’d All Been Ready” began going through my head. When I woke up a couple hours later, I looked it up on YouTube and listened to the Hoppers sing.

I never used to care for the song too much. Probably in part because I wasn’t a Larry Norman fan. There is a lot in there worth pondering though.

Are you ready for Jesus’ return or merely going through the “Christian” motions? For those who have grown up in church, it’s easy to forget why we attend. God does not want you to just look the part. He wants to have your whole heart!

Take time today to examine your life and make sure you are ready. No accomplishment on earth is worth anything if you don’t have a close relationship with the Father.
