Universal Music Group and Spotify announced an agreement that should lead to “new paid subscription tiers, bundling of music and non-music content, and a richer audio and visual content catalog.” The announcement stated the new agreement will establish “a direct license between Spotify and Universal Music Publishing Group across Spotify’s current product portfolio in the U.S. and several other countries.”

Gaither Music Group and Trinity Broadcasting Network announced that, starting tomorrow at 8:00 PM (EST), Gaither Gospel Hour will fill the Saturday time slot vacated by The Huckabee Show. The network was forced to find a quick replacement after Huckabee Show host Mike Huckabee was appointed to serve as the United States ambassador to Israel.
