Alan Kendall announced his first book will be released on March 12. Titled Decades of Music, Decades of Memories, Volume One: 70 Years Of Songs, Stories, and Moments From The Kingsmen, the 350+-page book will feature stories of 120 songs, stories from Kingsmen Quartet owner Ray Dean Reese and other Kingsmen alumni, a brief history (via MusicScribe’s sister site SGHistory.com), an extensive discography, and more than 200 photos.

REMEMBERING

Former Kingdom Heirs lead/baritone David McGill passed away on January 2. A memorial service for McGill will be held on Monday, January 13 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
