NEWS OF THE WEEK

Anthem Edition (formerly The Old Paths) is now represented by the Dominion Agency for concert bookings.

The Nelons taped an episode of Family Feud this week. Airtimes will be announced at a future date.

The Kingdom Heirs announced they have added John Young to play guitar and to be a featured vocalist. Young, along with tenor Josh Horrell and bass Brad Smith, is the group’s third hire in the past four weeks. Young made his debut performance this past Monday at Dollywood.

Jeff & Sheri Easter were recently presented the ceremonial “key to the city” by Mount Airy, North Carolina’s Mayor Jon Cawley. The presentation was part of the inaugural Easter Brothers Hometown Festival held at the Andy Griffith Playhouse in Mount Airy earlier this month.

PRAYER REQUEST

Please remember WYGS DJ and singer Jim Hutson in your prayers as he begins chemo treatments. Benefit events are scheduled in Elizabethtown, IN on May 19 and Dillsboro, IN on May 26.
