NEWS OF THE WEEK

Pianist Andrew Ishee announced his plans for 2021 include making 20 or so select appearances with the Kingsmen Quartet, the group he traveled with full-time from 1997-2001. Between his appearances with the Kingsmen, Ishee is available for solo concerts.

Mountain Home Music Company has signed four-time Grammy-winning fiddler and mandolin player Andy Leftwich to their roster. Mountain Home plans to release several all-instrumental projects featuring Leftwich.

A new lyric video was recently released for Joseph Habedank’s song “Goliath.” Check it out below:

PRAYER REQUESTS

Please pray for Kingdom Heirs baritone Loren Harris who is hospitalized as he recovers from an automobile accident that occurred Thursday morning (February 4). Harris’ condition is reported to be stable.

    I’m not sure if it actual news but I liked seeing an actual announcement McKamey Legacy.

      All I can say for certain at this point is they’re booked to appear in Lebanon, Missouri in August. Otherwise, they’ve only teased that “tour dates will be announced” which is more of a prelude to an announcement than an actual announcement of their future plans.

      It’s really up to the group as to when they want to go public…will they be part-time or full-time, for example. We don’t know. Even if it’s an unofficial announcement (as in not a formal press release), we’ll report it at that point.
