Poet Voices

Former Melody Masters bass singer Cyle Cornish has joined Poet Voices replacing Brandon Barry. In recent years, Cornish has sung with a regional group while continuing to operate Lighthouse Sportswear, an apparel and merchandise company whose clients include the National Quartet Convention.

Brian Free

Abraham Productions announced Brian Free has accepted an invitation to join the concert promotion company’s Board of Directors. Free joins concert promoter and pastor Bill Bailey who also accepted an invitation to serve on Abraham Productions’ board a few weeks ago.

The nominees for the 2020 Grammy Awards were announced on Tuesday. Nominees in the Best Roots Gospel Album category include Deeper Roots: Where The Bluegrass Grows (Steven Curtis Chapman), Testimony (Gloria Gaynor), Deeper Oceans (Joseph Habedank), His Name Is Jesus (Tim Menzies), and Gonna Sing, Gonna Shout (a various artists album produced by Jerry Salley). The Talleys have announced 2020 will be their final year touring full-time. Roger and Debra Talley will turn their attention to the recording studio and speaking engagements. Lauren Talley plans to expand her current solo appearances to a full-time schedule. Watch the full announcement below (or click HERE[2]).


Please keep Jason Clark of The Nelons in your prayers who is expected to have open heart surgery in the coming days. Clark is scheduled[3] to meet with his surgeon on Tuesday.
