Beulah Music and the Squire Parsons Evangelistic Association announced Parsons plans to resume his live performance schedule in April.
Sonlite Records announced they have added the legendary Chuck Wagon Gang to their family of recording artists. Look for a new album in the summer of 2019.
In the wake of the departure of Layke Jones and the decision to proceed as a duo, Jim Brady announced the Jim Brady Trio will now be billed as Jim and Melissa Brady. Guest vocalists will be joining the duo at select dates.
The Harvesters announced Brenden Parker has joined the group to sing lead. Longtime lead singer Danny Parker (Brenden’s uncle) will shift to baritone, replacing Allen Hunter whose resignation was announced last week.
Remembering
Former Wills Family member, promoter, songwriter, and Southern Gospel music’s first female booking agent Lou Wills Hildreth passed away on February 28. She was 90 years old.
