- Karen Peck & New River announced Ricky Braddy has left the group to become the Worship Leader at Cross Roads Church in Nashville.
- The Kingsmen announced former tenor singer Chris Jenkins has returned to the group after a two-year hiatus. Jenkins replaces Josh Horrell who parted ways with the Kingsmen in late 2017.
- Victoria Bowlin has signed a recording agreement with new Country Gospel record label 65/40 Records (a division of Red Hen Records).
- Arthur Rice donated his birthday to The Southern Gospel Music Association. More than $2000 in contributions were made to support the SGMA, which Rice serves as President.
- Michael Combs signed a booking agreement with the Beckie Simmons Agency.
- Son Sound Music Group signed a recording agreement with Willie Wells and the Blue Ridge Mountain Grass.
