National Quartet Convention Has A “Plan B” for 2020

by | Aug 4, 2020 | News

Today, Clarke Beasley and Gerald Wolfe announced a “Plan B” for the National Quartet Convention if state orders prevent NQC from proceeding as usual. Watch the video below for details:

In summary:
1. NQC is currently scheduled to proceed as normal, but a “Plan B” is in place to offer an alternate event billed as NQC Fall Festival if the state of Tennessee’s orders for social distancing in large gatherings are not lifted. Seating would be limited to 1500.

2. Because seating is limited to 1500, you must order separate tickets in advance for the Plan B option. Any regular NQC tickets you have already purchased WILL NOT work for admission to Plan B.

3. If Plan B is used, you will have two options for any regular NQC tickets you have already purchased:
A. receive a refund, or
B. use them for admission to NQC in 2021.

4. You will receive a refund if you buy Plan B tickets and Plan B doesn’t happen. Just be aware the NQC website indicates service fees are not refundable. You will lose a few dollars if it comes down to a refund in either scenario.

5. There WILL be a webcast offered this year. Just understand up front it is considerably higher than the price in years past ($360.00), and it is entirely LIVE. You WILL NOT be able to watch it again at a later date.
