The Southern Gospel Music Association announced the 2020 additions to their Hall Of Fame are songwriter Dianne Wilkinson, Daywind Music & New Day head Dottie Leonard Miller, the Klaudt Indian Family’s Melvin Klaudt, and former LeFevres member Meurice LeFevre. These will be inducted during a ceremony at the National Quartet Convention in the fall.
Port City Quartet announced the resignation of lead singer Jonathan Thompson. Thomson will continue to fill in with the group as his schedule allows until a replacement is selected.
With the addition of Jeremy Cato and Alyssa Scudder, Promise Trio is changing their branding to The Promise.
The Alabama Quartet Convention announced their 2020 event has been canceled.
