- Daywind Music Publishing announced that songwriter Dianne Wilkinson has reached the milestone of writing 1,000 songs.
- Joe and Bill Huffman announced a reunion for Mark V Studios in Greenville, SC will be held on June 6, 2017 at the Tremont Church of God fellowship hall, 2854 New Easley Highway, Greenville, SC. The reunion is for anyone who was associated with the studio. There will be no admission fee, but attendees are asked to R.S.V.P. on the Facebook group, Reunion for Mark Five Studios.
