Bill and Gloria Gaither have sold interests in Gaither Music Group’s publishing and recorded music divisions to Primary Wave Music Publishing of New York. (The touring and television production arms of their business empire were not part of the deal.)
Bill and Gloria Gaither also announced they are closing the Gaither Family Resources gift shop and restaurant in their hometown of Alexandria, Indiana on March 1, 2019.
The Harriman, Tennesee-based Joyaires announced they have downsized from a trio to a duo. They will continue to be billed as The Joyaires.

Peace Records announced its formal launch as a Christian music record label. The new imprint is headed by Jeremy Peace, tenor singer for the LeFevre Quartet.

The Old Paths have requested prayers for baritone and founding member Douglas Roark, who had open-heart surgery on Thursday.
