- Kasey Kemp, Corey Lackey, and Jacob Lagesse have formed a new male trio called Avenue. The group’s scheduling will be handle by The Dominion Agency and they will record for Song Garden Music Group.
- Gadsden, Alabama’s mixed group Exodus announced Cole Watson has left the group to join the Troy Burns Family. Lead singers interested in auditioning should call (256) 312-5639.
- Mixed trio 11th Hour announced Logan Smith has joined their group. Smith replaces Grant Gibson who left to join Karen Peck & New River earlier this year.
- Check out the new lyric video released this week featuring the Perrys singing “Find Me Faithful.”

I would like to read a discussion on the topic of Christian SoundScan creates exclusive sales chart for singing news, that was posted in the may 2018 issue of SN.
My first observation after seeing the chart posted in the June issue is that as a general rule, it would appear that Southern Gospel DJs are not playing the same groups that Southern Gospel fans are buying.
Well, they are playing most of them, I guess, but I just noticed several groups that have reached number one on the airplay charts in recent months are not selling enough product to make the list.
