Recent Happenings

  • The former Joylanders announced they have changed the name of their group to Endless Highway. Greg Bentley at Skyland Records/Crossroads said the name change “better reflects the current and future direction of this wonderful family.”
  • The Gaither Vocal Band released a music video on Facebook for their new song, “Hallelujah Band.” This is the first release to include newest member, Reggie Smith.

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for concert promoter Norm Basden of Oneonta, Alabama, who lost consciousness while driving on August 17. This led to a collision with an 18 wheeler, then, after being transported to a local hospital, he suffered a major stroke.
  • Please pray for former SGPA President and Southmen owner, Jim Hefner. He was admitted to a Birmingham hospital recently where he received two stents. More stents will be required soon.
