  • Gaither Homecoming favorite Gene McDonald announced a partnership with Adoration Agency. Beginning in March, Adoration Agency will be the primary booking agent for Gene’s solo concerts and engagements.
  • During a radio broadcast last Monday, Singing News editor Danny Jones and special guests Ivan Parker, Kenna Turner West, Josh Singletary and Troy Peach announced the Top 10 nominees in each of the 2017 Fan Awards categories. Click HERE to view the entire list of nominees.

  • After a successful kidney transplant, Michael Combs announced he has been given a clean bill of health and the blessing of his doctors to resume a full-time touring schedule.

Remembering

  • Former Singing Americans and Thrasher Brothers bass singer Hovie Walker passed away on Friday. A memorial celebration of Walker’s life will be held on March 28 in Smyrna, Tennessee.
  • Former Keystone Quartet founder, baritone, and pianist Danny Sinacori passed away on Saturday in East Peoria, Illinois.
