What A Moment is the third label release from 11th Hour since joining the Sonlite Records roster in 2012. The album arrives at retail outlets on February 12. Group members include Amber Eppinette, Grant Gibson and Jaquita Lindsey.

Standout tracks on What A Moment include compelling ballads in “Love Still Heals Our Scars” and “I Trust”; a delightful fun diversion in “Bound” (recorded previously by His Mercies); and several attention grabbing, “attitude” songs in “Mountain Moving Faith,” “Look At Me Now,” “Can You Burn,” and “Ain’t No Bones.” I am less thrilled by “He’s Alive And So Am I” with a tacked on bridge and a chorus that’s two times longer than necessary. That being said, the overall quality of What A Moment ranks high.

Four years ago, when I heard their Steppin’ Out CD, I thought of 11th Hour as a promising, up-and-coming group. Then, when two vocalists changed between 2012’s Steppin’ Out and 2014’s Picture This, I began to wonder if 11th Hour would last. With What A Moment, trends indicate they’re going to continue to produce quality music for us to enjoy. They’re one of my favorite trios, despite the fact that I’ve yet to catch a live performance. I’m a fan based purely on their recordings.

Same here David…I am a huge fan of the group, though I’ve yet to meet them or see them in a live setting. I have been thoroughly impressed with their music as well as the songwriting of Amber Eppinette. They have a tough sound and are one of the few artists today that generates excitement for me.
