  • Jordon Smith was announced as the winner of the ninth season of The Voice in a live telecast Wednesday night. Smith’s path the final round included performances of gospel classics like “Great Is Thy Faithfulness” and “Mary Did You Know?”

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for studio musician David Johnson, who was in a car crash Friday. He suffered a broken arm and has experienced issues with confusion following the accident. His doctors expect Johnson to make a full recovery.


  • Concert promoter Ken O’Shields passed away on Saturday after battling lymphoma for several months. A memorial service of O’Shields will be held tomorrow in Brevard, North Carolina.
