  • On behalf of the Southern Gospel Music Association, Arthur Rice recognized Tracy Stuffle for his 30-year tenure with the Perrys during a special presentation at the Pines Theater at Dollywood. Other industry members were on hand as well with additional presentations.
  • The Brumley Music Company announced an upcoming series of programs and promotions to celebrate the 110th birthday of company founder and noted songwriter, Albert E. Brumley.
  • Chapel Valley Music announced they have added the Troy Burns Family to their roster of artists.
  • Matt Felts announced his resignation from The Lesters.
  • Daywind Records and Tribute Quartet are giving away a cruise. Go to daywind.com/cruise to enter.

Remembering

  • Songwriter Savannah Foust passed away on Saturday. Foust was the writer of “Blood Washed Band,” “Somebody Touched Me” and many other great songs.

Prayer Requests

  • Michael Combs has been placed on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. At present, he is receiving regular dialysis treatments.

Praise Report

  • Josh Ball, formerly with the Ball Brothers, was finally able to return home after spending more than 50 days in the hospital. He will continue to receive home health care as he recovers from an extreme case of pancreatitis.
